Wednesday morning

Kitchen and bar,
shared fairly.

Club 360 turns the weekly duty roster into a calm story: fair rotation across the season, approved swaps when life gets in the way, and reminders before the day - so volunteering stays shared, not stuck on the same three names.

  • Fair rotation
  • Swaps with approval
  • Email reminders

Every bowls club runs on volunteers. Someone opens the bar, cuts the sandwiches, sells raffle tickets and tidies up after pennant. Spreadsheets and whiteboards already get that done. Club 360 simply keeps the load fair, the swaps tidy, and the reminders on time.

This is the Wednesday beat in the club week: after selectors have locked pennant sides, the duty roster lines up kitchen, bar, raffle and clean-up for the weekend ahead - drawn from the same membership roll, so the people who play are the people who help.

The duty story

From pattern to a published, fair week

Four calm steps. Fairness, swaps and reminders sit at the centre.

1

Set the duties

Kitchen, bar, raffle, clean-up, scoring, umpire, marker - the roles your club actually needs for pennant and social days.

2

Rotate fairly

Availability and who has already done their share shape the week, so the same three people are not always on kitchen and bar.

3

Approve swaps

When someone cannot make it, they request a swap. A manager approves, and the published roster stays accurate.

4

Remind everyone

Email the roster, print for the noticeboard, and send reminders before the day so nobody is caught out on Saturday morning.

What's included

Built for how bowls clubs volunteer

Recurring duty patterns

Repeatable patterns for pennant Saturdays, midweek bowls and social days - not a blank sheet every week.

Fair rotation

See who has already done kitchen or bar, so the load spreads across the membership over the season.

Swap requests

Members request a swap when they cannot make it; a manager approves so the roster stays true.

Email reminders

Volunteers get their duty notice by email, with reminders before the day so no one is surprised.

Print & calendar export

Print for the clubhouse noticeboard, or export so duties sit in the calendars people already use.

Tied to pennant weekends

Rosters line up with home fixtures and events, so you roster for the days that actually need volunteers.

Why Club 360

Duties that sit with the rest of the club

A roster only works when it knows your members, your fixtures and how you communicate.

Drawn from your membership

Duties are assigned from your live member roll, so the roster stays in step with who is on the books.

Alongside pennant selection

Home pennant weekends and selection sit next to duty planning in pennant, so the week hangs together.

Compliance-aware roles

Bar and kitchen duties can respect RSA and food-safety tickets tracked in governance & compliance.

Made for Australian clubs

Designed for volunteer-run bowls clubs - plain English, calm screens, and pricing that fits a committee budget.

Questions

Duty roster FAQ

What duties can we roster?

Kitchen, bar, raffle, after-game cleanup, scoring, umpire and marker are the usual starting set. You can configure the roles your club actually uses, including social days and functions as well as pennant.

How does fair rotation work?

Club 360 tracks who has already done each type of duty. When you auto-roster, suggestions favour members who are available and have carried less of the load recently - so the same three people are not always on kitchen and bar.

Can members swap duties?

Yes. A member can request a swap; a manager approves it so the published roster stays accurate and everyone still gets notified of the change.

How do volunteers get reminded?

When you publish a roster, members receive an email with their duties. You can also print for the noticeboard and export to calendar. Reminders go out before the day so nobody is surprised on Saturday morning.

Does this replace Team App for duties?

For many clubs, yes for rostering. Club 360 ties duties to your membership and pennant calendar in one place. You can still use other apps for chat if you prefer - the roster no longer needs a separate spreadsheet.

Is it included in Club 360?

Yes. Duty rosters are part of every Club 360 plan - no add-on. See bowls club management software for the full picture.
