Online rink booking FAQ

Can members book a rink online themselves?

Yes. Members log in and reserve an available rink for a roll-up, practice or coaching in a few taps. You stay in control of which times and resources are open for member self-serve booking.

How does it stop double-bookings?

Every reservation create or update is checked against the calendar. If a rink, green or room already has a confirmed booking for that time, the system will not allow a clash.

Can it handle more than one green?

Yes. Set up as many greens, rinks and rooms as your club has, each with its own colour and capacity. Filter the calendar to the resource you care about.

Are barefoot bowls and functions on the same calendar?

Yes. Rink hire, barefoot bowls and function bookings share one reservations system. Public forms and deposits still apply for customer bookings; the calendar view is the same board.

Does Club 360 replace BowlsLink?

No. Club 360 is friends with BowlsLink. You keep affiliation and pennant there. Club 360 adds the clubhouse booking calendar, membership ops and the rest of the week beside it. See how we work with BowlsLink.

Do members need to install an app?

No. Club 360 runs in any web browser on phones, tablets and computers. Nothing to download to view the calendar or make a booking.
