Does Club 360 replace BowlsLink?
No. BowlsLink is the official Bowls Australia platform for affiliation and pennant, and you will keep using it. Club 360 is friends with BowlsLink - syncing your members and pennant fixtures - and helps with day-to-day club jobs such as function bookings, barefoot bowls, duty rosters, sponsorships, governance and SafeConfig.
What is SafeConfig?
SafeConfig is Club 360's way for your club to define its own fields - for example on member records - without a custom software project. It helps you capture the details that matter, keep them consistent, and reduce the cost and risk of storing club-specific information in scattered spreadsheets.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is a single monthly fee based on your member count, with every module included - no add-ons. There are two simple tiers (for smaller and larger clubs), a 30-day free trial, and white-glove setup included. Join the waitlist to get current pricing for your club.
Can members and customers pay online?
Yes. Members can pay fees, and function and barefoot bowls customers can pay deposits and balances by card. Payments are processed securely and go directly into your club's own bank account - Club 360 never holds your money.
Is it hard to switch from spreadsheets?
No. You can import your existing member roll and records from a simple CSV template, and we handle the white-glove setup with you so your data is already in the system on day one. Most volunteers find it quick to learn.
Is Club 360 suitable for small clubs?
Yes. Club 360 is built for volunteer-run Australian bowls clubs of all sizes - from a single green on Club, through to multi-venue clubs on Club+. White-glove setup is included so day one already has your data in it.
