Governance & compliance

AGM night, held together.
Tickets that stay current.

Club 360 keeps board meetings, AGM minutes and action items in one place - and tracks RSA, Working with Children Check and staff tickets before they lapse. Friends with BowlsLink: affiliation and pennant stay there; the committee jobs sit calmly beside it.

AGM night is careful work. The secretary arrives with an agenda, last year's minutes, a pile of motions, and a mental list of who still needs an RSA renewal. The meeting runs well enough - then the notes live in email, the actions drift, and the next secretary starts from scratch.

Licensed bowls clubs have two jobs that sit beside BowlsLink: running the association properly, and keeping staff and volunteer tickets current. Club 360's bowls club governance software holds both in one calm place - agendas, attendance, motions, votes, minutes and action items for board, committee and AGM, plus RSA, WWCC and coaching tickets with expiry alerts - so the next secretary can pick up the trail, and the bar stays legal.

3

Confirm the minutes

4

Watch the tickets

Questions

Governance & compliance FAQ

What meeting types are supported?

Board, committee, sub-committee, AGM, SGM and EGM. Each meeting can hold an agenda, attendance, motions, vote records, minutes and action items.

Which certifications can we track?

RSA, RCG, Working with Children Check, first aid, food safety supervisor, Bowls Australia coaching levels, umpire and measurer accreditation, plus custom ticket types your club needs.

When do expiry alerts fire?

At 60, 30 and 7 days before a ticket expires, so renewals are arranged before the person is rostered behind the bar without a current RSA.

Can action items roll to the next meeting?

Yes. Unfinished actions appear in the next meeting's review section with owner and due date, so nothing disappears into last month's email.

Does this replace BowlsLink?

No. Club 360 is friends with BowlsLink. You keep affiliation and pennant there. Club 360 helps with the committee and compliance jobs that sit beside it - meetings, minutes and tickets.
