Bowls club membership software

Renewal month,
without the chase.

Club 360 keeps your roll in one place: categories, renewals, online fees, committee approvals and emergency contacts. Friends with BowlsLink, so affiliation stays where it belongs and the day-to-day roll stays calm.

Every Australian bowls club knows renewal month. Notices go out, cheques and cash come back to the bar, someone updates a spreadsheet, and a few members need a quiet phone call. The work is familiar. It does not have to scatter across paper, email and a binder of emergency contacts.

Club 360 membership software is built for that season. The roll, the categories, the renewals and the approvals sit together. Members renew and pay online into the club's own account. Emergency contacts stay on the member record. Your BowlsLink membership stays in step, without retyping the roll.

Friends with BowlsLink

Keep BowlsLink for affiliation. Keep Club 360 for the roll.

You use BowlsLink for affiliation and pennant, as you should. Club 360 syncs members and National Identification Numbers from it, then helps with renewals, fees, approvals and the contacts the secretary needs on a Saturday morning.

How we work with BowlsLink
Renewal month, sorted

From application to financial, in one path

The jobs your registrar already does, helped along so most of the season looks after itself.

1

Set your categories

Full, social, country, life, junior, honorary, pay-and-play and more, each with its own fee and renewal cycle.

2

Approve new members

Applications run through committee sign-off, with a clear record of who approved and when.

3

Renew and pay online

Reminders go out on schedule. Members renew and pay by card; money settles in the club's own bank.

4

Keep the roll ready

Emergency contacts stay on file. BowlsLink sync keeps NINs and membership in step with affiliation.

What's included

Membership categories

Configure the categories your club actually uses, with fees, renewal cycles and whether approval is required.

Online payment

Members pay membership fees by card. Funds go to the club's own Stripe account. Club 360 never holds your money.

Emergency contacts

One or more contacts per member, kept securely on the record and available when the club needs them.

Why Club 360

Membership joined up with the rest of the club

A financial member is a member everywhere: bookings, selection, rosters and communications.

Friends with BowlsLink

Affiliation and pennant stay in BowlsLink. Club 360 syncs the roll beside it. See how we work together.

Fees to your bank

Membership payments settle into the club's own account via Stripe Connect. We never custody club funds.

Import your existing roll

Bring members across from a CSV template, with validation before anything is saved, and white-glove setup if you want a hand.

Reach the right people

Categories feed communications and sit beside pennant selection and duty rosters, so one roll serves the week.

Questions

Membership software FAQ

Can members renew and pay online?

Yes. Members receive a renewal reminder and can renew and pay by card. Payments go directly into your club's own bank account, so there are fewer cheques to bank and less cash to reconcile.

Does it handle different membership categories?

Yes. Set up the categories your club uses, such as full, social, country, life, junior, honorary and pay-and-play, each with its own fee, renewal cycle and approval rules.

How do membership approvals work?

New applications can require committee sign-off. Categories can ask for two sign-offs. The approval history records who approved or rejected and when, so the process stays clear for the next secretary.

Can we store emergency contacts?

Yes. Each member can have one or more emergency contacts on file, kept securely and available to the right people when needed, not lost on a paper form in a binder.

Does it work with BowlsLink?

Yes. Club 360 is friends with BowlsLink. We sync members and National Identification Numbers so you keep BowlsLink for affiliation and pennant without entering your roll twice.

Can we import our existing member list?

Yes. Bring your roll across with a CSV template and a validation step before anything is saved. White-glove setup is available so members are ready on day one.
